Those roasted potato batards look great! It is nice to see your slashing prior to baking-I never slash that deep.......slashing deeper would solve some troubles I have!

I bake mainly on the weekends for a diversion and enjoyment. Typically, I bake in my wood fired oven, but will intermittently for a while as I am finishing its construction.
